Nique Dispatching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) offers a Referral Program to reward our clients and students for recommending our services and training programs.

🚛 1. Driver Referral Program (Dispatch Services)

​

Eligibility

​

• Open to active clients of Nique Dispatching LLC currently using our dispatch services

• Referring individual (“Referrer”) must be in good standing (no outstanding balances)

• ​

Referral Reward

​

• Refer 10 new drivers/carriers who:

  • Sign up for dispatch services

  • Complete onboarding

  • Actively use our dispatch services (at least one dispatched load)

👉 The Referrer will receive:
One (1) full week of dispatch services FREE

Conditions

​

• Referrals must be new clients (not previously contacted or in process)

• Referrals must list the Referrer’s name at signup or confirm referral

• Free week applies to dispatch service fees only

• Free week has no cash value and is non-transferable

🎓 2. Dispatcher Course Referral Program

Eligibility

​

• Open to individuals enrolled in or who have completed the Nique Dispatching LLC training course

• ​

Referral Reward

​

• Refer 5 new students who:

  • Enroll in the dispatching course

  • Complete payment in full

👉 The Referrer will receive:
$100 Electronic Visa Gift Card

Conditions

​

• Referrals must be new students (not previously enrolled or in contact)

• Reward issued only after all 5 referred students have paid in full

• Gift card delivered electronically within 7–14 business days after qualification

• Reward is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Verification

​

• All referrals are subject to verification by Nique Dispatching LLC

• We reserve the right to deny rewards for:

  • Fraudulent referrals

  • Self-referrals

  • Duplicate or fake accounts

  • ​

Program Abuse

​

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program (including fake signups or misrepresentation) will result in:

• Immediate disqualification

• Possible termination of services

• ​

Modifications

​

Nique Dispatching LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate this program at any time

• Change reward structures or eligibility requirements

• ​

Taxes

​

Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to rewards received.

​

No Employment Relationship

​

Participation in this program does not create:

• Employment

• Partnership

• Agency relationship
